The same course we use to certify technicians, for your family. Parents enroll their kids, take the class themselves, and manage everyone's modules from one account. Kids learn how their e-bike works, how to keep it safe, and what to do when something goes wrong.
The introductory price runs through midnight on 31 December. Family seats are discounted, so ask us for the family rate.
Family plans are priced per seat at a discounted rate. Buy one for each kid who's taking the course.
The adult on the account gets the full course as well, so you learn it together and can help at the bench.

It's early for this course. It covers lithium batteries and electrical work that need steady, careful hands, so we don't enroll learners under 13. The free first checks guide is a good place for a younger rider to start with a parent.
A youth group account works like a shop account, built around young learners. The group sponsors each learner, assigns seats, and sees everyone's progress in one place. It fits a class, a troop project, an after-school program or a summer session.
Buy seats for the group and assign them to learners. When someone finishes or leaves, the seat can move to the next one.
Leaders see who has opened and passed what, module by module.
The hands-on part needs an experienced adult beside the learner. The mentor guide lists what's safe to practice after each module.
For learners under 16 we collect only what the course needs: their name, progress and test results. The sponsor gives consent, can see that information, and can have it corrected or deleted at any time. Young learners don't get marketing email. The privacy policy has the details.
