What we keep when you use shandoka.com, and how to have it removed. Updated 16 October 2026. The training course has its own notice: training privacy.
When you sign up, we keep your name, your email, your ZIP or postal code if you give one, the language you signed up in, and the dates you signed up and confirmed. We use them only to send the newsletter. Our email platform, GoHighLevel, holds a copy so it can send it.
Signing up sets two cookies on your browser:
Neither tracks you around the web.
The contact, build and DBB forms keep what you type in them. Each form says when it also signs you up for the monthly update. The DBB lists and build enquiries also keep the address your request came from, as those forms say.
We count page views to see what people read. It uses no cookie and keeps no address. Each visitor becomes a scrambled code that changes every day and can't be traced back to you.
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. To have us delete what we hold about you, write to us through the contact page and we'll remove it from our server and our email platform.
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
